Peter Rainbow

Founder & CEO

I run a specialist talent search business focused on helping technology and geotechnical organisations secure the leaders and critical talent they need to grow, innovate, and deliver complex projects successfully. I work closely with founders, CEOs, investors and leaders who value straight talking, market insight and a search partner who genuinely understands the pressures of scaling capability in competitive global talent markets.

My work centres on both senior appointments to structured team builds across software and digital infrastructure businesses, as well as geotechnical engineering, ground risk, major projects, and environmental disciplines. I am particularly motivated by assignments where the right hire can materially change performance, unlock growth or strengthen delivery confidence.

I take a relationship-led approach — building long-term partnerships rather than transactional engagements — and have developed strong access to high-calibre, often passive talent across both sectors. Clients tend to value my pace, honesty and commercial perspective as much as the outcome itself.

Outside work, as well as being married to my ‘living legend’ wife, I am a proud father of two sport-mad boys who are both aspiring guitarists and scientists.Much of life revolves around muddy boots, match days and encouraging their growing love of music – a balance that keeps me grounded and energised as does my Triumph motorcycle!

Head of External Finance

Athos and the team provide all JP’s finance and back-office functions, from payroll to invoicing and beyond. Offering guidance and valued support as the business entity has grown, he and the team have been integral to offering our clients a structured and seamless service, something which we are proud of. Much of his time ‘outside’ of office is spent watching his 2 sons play a very high level of cricket – and all that goes with facilitating this!
